When will I get my gear?
Our standard turnaround time is four to six weeks from the order placement date. Turn around times can also vary depending on the product. Contact your account manager if you have further questions about a specific team store or bulk order.
What is the return policy?
Due to the exclusive customization of our apparel, there are no returns. Each product is made to order, meaning it’s placed into production after the close of a team store or bulk order. If you have questions, comments, or concerns about your gear, please call or email us.
What is the payment process for my order?
To begin production on your order, we require a 50% upfront payment. The remaining balance will be due prior to the delivery date listed on your invoice.

How do I know the status of my order?
If you placed an order through one of our online team stores, you will receive an order confirmation email and a tracking email once the order has been shipped. If you’re picking up your order, you will receive an email once the gear is received by your team organizer. Contact us via phone or email with further questions about a specific order.
If you placed a bulk order, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped or has a schedule delivery date.
What is the cost of shipping?
We ship domestically anywhere in the U.S. via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping costs are determined by the total weight and size of each product.
How does the design process work?
After filling out a quote form on our website and sending us your logos, our design team will get to work on creating mock-ups for your organization. We don’t charge a set-up fee but we do charge for each design revision you make after the first three rounds of mock-ups. Our standard turn-around time for designs is 1 to 3 days.
To make the process easier and quicker, we suggest providing high-quality logo files and as many specific details pertaining to designs as possible. We accept ai, pdf, and eps logo art files. All mock-ups are made by our talented design team that is dedicated to creating unique looks for you and your organization so we want to respect their time and work. We thank you for your help and cooperation in advance!
What if I don't have a logo?
No logo? No problem. Our design team can create one for you! Visit our studio page or contact us at info@thebk7brand.com to get a quote.
How do I know which sizes to order?
Check out our Spec Sheet + Measurements under the “Customer Service” tab at the top of the page. We work hard to ensure that all of our products are accessible and as up-to-date as possible when it comes to sizing.
